There are people who do not and will not use the ladder to enter or exit a pool. With enough flexibility you can jump out of the pool to dry off or get into it without having to go down step by step, but of course: it is always advisable to have a ladder in our pool. People who are older or perhaps more reluctant to water need a ladder in the pool to get into it and little by little enjoy it as they play. Almost all pools have a ladder to facilitate access and exit.
The pool stairs can be of different types, but the important thing is to choose the one that best suits our pool and needs.
• Aisi 304. Ideal for the stairs of any swimming pool, except those that use saline chlorinators for their maintenance. If so, this type of steel would end up corroding, considerably reducing the useful life of our ladder.
• Aisi 316. It is the appropriate option in the presence of corrosive agents such as saltpeter and chemicals present in the environment (a common occurrence in highly industrialized areas). It is the type of steel that is most resistant to corrosion that we can find when choosing a pool ladder.
